Stop Supporting Internet Explorer 6
With the release of IE8 last week, and increasing support in all major browsers for W3C recommendations. I’m pleased to announce that we will no longer support Internet Explore 6. I am looking forward to finally getting to use some of the more advanced features of CSS and, of course, I won't miss the countless hours wasted to fix the never-ending list of bugs caused by this dinosaur.
.Net magazine has started a campaign to encourage developers(and users) to move on to a brighter, more standards-aware cyber-future.
Below are a few links of others who have decided to finally kill it off as well. Some great info in these posts(especially if you need some help convincing clients and colleagues to kick this nasty habit)
